FAST PSW is a private personal support worker (PSW) and home care agency in Ontario, Canada. We provide non-emergency home support including companionship, senior support, respite, transportation, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care coordination.

• Assigned PSWs — see only information needed for your active or upcoming visits
• You (the client) — access your profile, bookings, and messages through the app or portal

7. When information may be shared

We may share necessary information with:

• Assigned PSWs and managers involved in your care
• Family or emergency contacts when you have consented or when needed for safety
• Service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, SMS, email) under confidentiality obligations
• Regulators, insurers, or law enforcement when required by Ontario law

8. How information is stored securely

• Password-protected accounts and role-based access
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for website and app traffic
• Access limited by job role (Admin, Manager, PSW, Client)
• Audit logging when sensitive health information is viewed or changed
• Secure upload storage for compliance documents
