How joining works

    Profile

    Create a PSW profile with your name, contact details, city and the kind of work you want.

  2. 2

    Credentials

    Add the credentials and experience you hold, such as your PSW certificate, CPR / First Aid, or a vulnerable sector check, so organizations can see what is on your profile. Listing an item is not the same as FastPSW guaranteeing it has been verified.

    Availability

    Set when you can work, including days, evenings, overnights or weekends.

    Job opportunities

    Review shift details from participating organizations, including time, location and what the shift requires.

  5. 5

    Accepting opportunities

    Indicate availability or acceptance through the platform workflow when a shift suits you.

    Driving requirements

    Some shifts need a vehicle, a valid licence, or a limit on travel distance. Those requirements are part of the request when they apply.

    Work history

    Completed shifts can stay with your profile so you have a record of work through FastPSW.
