For care organizations

PSW staffing support when your team needs backup

FastPSW helps organizations connect with available PSWs for supplemental coverage. It is designed to help. It does not guarantee that a shift will be filled.

Staffing challenges

Uncovered visits and shifts still need a plan when someone calls in, a client is added, or a weekend is hard to fill internally.

  • Sick calls and last-minute cancellations
  • Vacation and short-term shortages
  • Weekends, holidays, evenings and overnights
  • New-client schedules before a permanent assignment
  • Hard-to-fill locations
  • Coverage that should stay with your own clients and operations

How FastPSW works

1

Request

Share the date, time, location and requirements.

2

Match

FastPSW can look for PSWs whose availability and requirements fit the shift.

3

Response

Eligible PSWs review the opportunity and respond through the platform workflow.

4

Track

Follow the request and the confirmed worker when coverage is arranged.

Urgent coverage

Use FastPSW when an absence leaves a shift open and you need another way to reach available PSWs. Response depends on who is available.

Scheduled coverage

Request supplemental staffing ahead of time for known gaps, weekends, or a new client while you arrange longer-term coverage.

Worker matching

Requirements can include credentials, vulnerable sector or background items, CPR / First Aid, experience, driving, location and the service itself. The platform matches against what it has on file. It does not mean every worker is fully verified.

Organization dashboard

The staffing view is meant to keep open requests, upcoming shifts, coverage status, assigned PSW, time, location, urgency and history in one place.
